How to break down a Chuck Clod
In this class attendees will take their own chuck clod that they cut. The clod will yield flat iron steaks, market steaks, roasts, stew meat and ground beef. Along with the bounty of mea tyou will take home, the class includes a 8" Butchers breaking knife, A sharpening steel and a butchers hook so you can cut like a pro. There is limited space for the class. For those of you who sign up before February 15 you will get a $35.00 discount of our class price of $295.00.
